Carl Lambert is a financial advisor who has worked in the investment industry since 1980. Serving both domestic and international clientele, Carl’s major market focus is on wealth management for his individual clients and fee-for-service investment consulting for his institutional clientele.

Additionally, Carl enjoys his business interests, again both domestic and internationally, that are based in the agricultural markets. Carl’s passion for American Brahman cattle and American Quarter Horses has been the basis for the establishment of Caballo Rojo Ranch, Inc. With a love of reining horses, working cow horses and cutting horses it was natural for Carl to be drawn to AQHA and APHA horses. 

With partnership cattle interest in Central and South America, Carl continues to focus on the functional traits of American Brahman cattle.
Raised in a family of stockmen, Carl has always had an interest in cattle and horses.  In 2000 Carl turned his focus on buying top quality mares and since the reining horse industry had always intrigued him, he started looking for reining-bred mares. Buying a 5 year old mare, Seven S Shinetta, at the 2001 NRHA futurity show was the beginning of the story of how the Lambert’s got involved with reining horses.
Seven S Shinetta had been a NRBC Reserve Limited Open Champion and Carl started showing in 2002 with Pete Kyle. Since then Carl has continued investing in top quality mares for the reining arena and has recently added a cutting mare, as well as reined cow horses to the Caballo Rojo Ranch group of top quality horses. Caballo Rojo Ranch, Inc. has sold and placed quality mares in Europe, Japan, as well as throughout the USA.  

 

Victoria Lambert spends most of her time working at a business she truly loves, Caballo Rojo Publishing, LP. Victoria and Carl started CR Publishing, a company focused on advertising and marketing for the agricultural marketplace, in 2002. Victoria runs CR Publishing and she believes that she and her staff offer what most advertising companies cannot offer to the horse or cattle breeder. Everyone at CR Publishing thoroughly understands the cattle and horse business; as a result CR Publishing can provide their clients a marketing plan or product that accurately fits their needs to promote their business. When Victoria is not busy running CR publishing, she can usually be found either at a horse barn or a horse show. Victoria started riding reining horses in 2002 and has progressed from showing at weekend shows in the Rookie Division to showing at some of the major NRHA aged events in the Non Pro and Intermediate Non Pro Division.

Both Carl and Victoria appreciate all the help they have had along the way in this journey into the horse industry. While the competition and the business aspect of the horses is great fun, the good friends they have made along the way are even better.
