2008 Carolina Brahmans Sale The 28th annual Carolinas Brahman Sale held at Clemson, SC, June 14, 2008 sure turned some heads this year breaking several records. There were approximately 175 people with buyers from 9 different states.
High Selling Lot this year was consigned by Rocking S Ranch 262 bred show heftier selling for a record breaking $10,250.00 to Adrian Land, III of Florida. Second High Selling Lot was from Bennett Farms B-F70 selling for $8,000.00 to Ken and Julie Harrison, Bell, Florida.
High Selling Bull B-F 26 also from Bennett Farms. Sold to Larry Studstill, Trenton Florida. Volume Buyer was Dan Smith Bar Crescent D Ranch. Joe Butt from Valley B Enterprises talked the cattle with Philip Gilstrap serving as the Auctioneer and Sale Chairman. Thanks to all who donated and bought at the record breaking Fun Auction on Friday Night. Thanks to all the special guest who attended this event! Look for another great event in 2009!
