Deadline Date

All copy and photos are due in our office on the 1st of the month preceding the publication. Ex. Ad info is due on January 1st for the February issue.

Camera-ready materials are due by the 14th of the month providing that space reservation has already been made. If room is available copy and photos will be taken up to the 14th of the month with an additional rush fee charged.

Ad Proof

Ads will be made and mailed only for ads received by the first of the month. The Brahman Journal is not responsible for ads submitted too late for customers proofs.

Content

The Brahman Journal reserves the right to reject or edit paid advertising or any material submitted for publication. Advertising for sales scheduled prior to the 20th of the month of publication accepted solely at advertiser's risk.

Ring Service

Ring Service is available with a minimum requirement of TWO PAGES advertising for the sale where the service is requested.

We can accept PSD's, TIFFS, PDF's, Quark files (with all fonts) and InDesign files. All Full color ads must be at 300 Resolution. For full page ads:

Circulation

4,016 is the average number of magazines distributed per month in 2001. These figures are derived from the U.S. Postal Service.

*Discount

Discount available only to accounts that have a "0" balance on the 25th of the month AND payment must be received no later than the 20th of the month.

**If advertiser is a 12X Rate Holder or larger advertiser, then advertiser qualifies for any larger ad they may place at the 12X rate for the larger ad.
